Thermomelt HEAT-STIK markers are a quick, low-cost method to accurately measure surface temperatures of various metals and equipment.
The range of temperature options ranging from 38 deg C to 1200 deg C., see PDF for options. When the chalky mark left by the thermomelt stick melts, the precise temperature is reached to within /-3 deg. The Markal Thermomelt long-lasting stick is 33% bigger than similar markers so good value for money. Ideal for: pre-heating, post-weld heat treating, interpass temperature monitoring, stress-relieving and annealing.
